Made by the carbonic maceration method,
the bunches are introduced with stems to a
small stainless tank (18,000kg).
The grape ferments in 10 days.
Alcoholic grade: 13,5º.
Production: 53.200 bottles.
Recommendation: Consume at a temperature of 16ºC.
