100% Tempranillo

Average age of 56 years with a yield limited to 5,100 kg/Ha to optimize and concentrate the quality of the wine. Average altitude of 585m.

Harvested by hand. Once destemmed, the grapes ferment and macerate with their skins for 20 days in small capacity stainless steel vats (16,000 kg).

15 months in French and American oak barrels. 40% new barrel, 60% second use.
