Launa White over Lees 2018
Variety: Selection of 60% old Viura and 40% Chardonnay.
Average age of vineyard: 39 years.
Elaboration: Hand harvest and soft natural pressing to extract only the flower of the wine. The fermentation is controled at 16º for 3 weeks in stainless tank.
Aging: monts working over its own fine lees to achieve volume and structure.
Refinement in bottle: Minimun 2 months.
Alcohol content: 12,5ºC
Production: 6.060 bottles.
Recommendation: Consume at temperature of 9-11.
