The ninth generation of the family linked to the winery wanted to offer the most discerning customers a uniqueproduct… hence the creation of IKUNUS.

It all started in 2005 with the planting of the vineyard which was to provide the fruit to make this wine.

It is the vineyard surrounding the winery, located at an altitude of 690 m. A native Tempranillo plant suited to the conditions of the estate was chosen. High density planting (4,800 plants per hectare) has caused great rivalry among the plants, giving rise to small bunches with small seeds of high quality.

At harvest time the best grapes are carefully and lovingly selected to produce a limited edition of approximately 12,180 750 ml bottles and 450 1,500 ml. units.

The vineyard, located at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria mountain range, was planted by the siblings IKer, UNax y USuri, hence its name.

Enjoy it!
